Before you reserve
A full day starts whenever you arrive.
Day rate is open to close. Rental pickup is available any time after the shop opens. Summer shop hours are Monday–Saturday, 9am–6pm; closed Sundays.
Reservations must be made at least 18 hours in advance — no later than 3pm the day before your rental.
For Sunday rides, pick up Saturday after 4pm and return Monday by 10am at no additional charge. Bikes returned after 10am are subject to an additional day-rate charge.
Helmets are mandatory. Bring your own or choose a free loaner helmet for each rider.
These rentals are not permitted at Northstar Bike Park or Truckee Bike Park. Please contact those parks directly for rental information.

02 / Reservation details
When should we have your bikes ready?
Choose the first and final rental day. Reservations must be made by 3pm the day before. Sunday ride window: pick up Saturday after 4pm and return Monday by 10am.

Fit details for every rider.
Height helps us choose the correct size. Weight helps us prepare the suspension where applicable.

A few important details.
Pedals
Complimentary flat/platform pedals are provided. If you prefer clip-in pedals, bring your own pedals and shoes and we will install them.
Helmets
Helmets are mandatory for every rental. Bring your own or request a free loaner helmet for each rider.
Sundays
Cyclepaths is closed Sundays. Sunday rides can be picked up Saturday after 4pm and returned Monday by 10am at no additional charge. Late returns are charged an additional day rate.

Paved paths, lake access, and singletrack are close by.
Ride out of the shop or ask us where to start. We will match the route to the rider, rental type, and current trail conditions.

Donner Lake Rim Trail, Tahoe Donner routes, Coldstream Canyon, and current conditions.
Donner Camp, Emigrant Trail, Prosser-area roads, and mellow dirt options.
